         SB 29*    authorize the Board of Regents to construct an addition to the Darold "Dud" King Physical Education Center at the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology and to make an appropriation therefor.
         SB 63*     repeal the sales tax exemption for certain interstate telecommunication services.
              Repeal the sales tax exemption for certain interstate telecommunication services and to declare an emergency.
         SB 76*    bring the state into compliance with the Streamline Sales Tax Agreement.
         SB 80*    establish the Richard Hagen-Minerva Harvey memorial scholarship program and to make an appropriation therefor.
         SB 97    clarify a mayor's authority to solemnize marriages.
         SB 123    revise the definition of residence for election purposes.
         SB 124    clarify certain publication requirements.
         SB 125    revise certain provisions concerning joint county and municipal planning and zoning.
         SB 137    revise certain provisions related to the physician tuition reimbursement program and to establish a tuition reimbursement program for dentists who fulfill certain requirements.
         SB 138    expand the nurse tuition reimbursement program to include other health care professionals.
         SB 144    revise the rules promulgation process.
         SB 176    allow a claim for punitive damages in hit-and-run accident cases.

         LEGISLATIVE COMMEMORATIONS

         SC 7    (SJ 14th LD) Honoring Krista Jankowski, South Dakota Girls' State Governor, and Dan English, South Dakota Boys' State Governor, and commending the South Dakota American Legion and Auxiliary for their sponsorship and coordination of the Girls' State and Boys' State programs.
         HC 1002    (HJ 254) Honoring an outstanding South Dakota educator, Karen Lukens, for receiving the Milken Family Foundation National Educator Award.
