         SB 103     prohibit suppliers from seeking recourse against a homeowner if the homeowner has paid the contractor.

         SB 206     restrict the liability for criminal prosecution arising out of the detainment or commitment of certain persons during drug related protective custody, emergency commitment, and involuntary commitment proceedings.
