         HB 1022    revise the registration validation decal and boat numbering display requirements for certain boats.
         HB 1037    revise the seating capacity of a motor bus for purposes of defining a motorbus for vehicle registration purposes.
         HB 1038    exempt vans owned by churches from vehicle license fees.
         HB 1050    repeal certain provisions investing magistrates with coroner duties.

         SB 33*    revise certain provisions relating to telemarketing.
         SB 41*    provide for the creation of a no solicitation calls list for persons wishing not to receive unsolicited telephone calls, to create a telephone solicitation account, and to establish certain fees and civil penalties.
         SB 58*    establish the value added tourism subfund and to provide for its funding and disbursement.
         SB 74    revise certain transcript fees.
         SB 86    revise certain provisions regarding reduced tuition for state employees.
         SB 87    permit bonding authorities to enter into contracts for the purpose of managing payments or interest rate risk.

         SECOND READING OF HOUSE BILLS AND JOINT RESOLUTIONS
        
         HB 1023    increase the amount of property damages necessary to require the immediate reporting of a snowmobile or boat accident and to give cause in a boat accident for withdrawal of blood or other bodily substances for chemical analysis.
