         HB 1081    revise certain provisions relating to annual elections, conflicts of interest, and dissolution of road districts.

         SB 22*    revise certain provisions relating to the appearance by a parent in person, by counsel, or by telephone for a hearing to voluntarily terminate parental rights.
         SB 31*    clarify the immunity from personal liability of certain persons discharging their responsibilities under the higher education savings plan and to provide for holding them harmless under such circumstances.
         SB 27*    classify mountain lions as big game and to allow the use of dogs in hunting mountain lions.
