         SB 102     authorize additional off-sale retail liquor licenses in certain first class municipalities.

         SB 93     revise the time period during which certain off-sale service regarding alcoholic beverages is prohibited.

         SB 98     revise certain organizational and administrative provisions related to consumer power districts.

         SB 107     establish certain benefit requirements for the recipients of REDI fund loans.

         SB 108     establish certain wage requirements for the recipients of REDI fund loans.

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
