         HB 1127     require collection of transportation data.
             Representatives Buckingham, Haverly, LaRue, McCoy, and Schafer and Senator Ham

         HB 1144     broaden the application of drug free zones to include additional offenses and to provide for penalty enhancements.
             Representatives LaRue, Haverly, Hennies, Madsen, McCaulley, Rave, Rhoden, and Weems and Senators Olson (Ed), Abdallah, Duniphan, and Kleven

         HB 1129     create county superintendents of schools.
             Representatives Smidt, Adelstein, Heineman, Konold, McCaulley, and Solum and Senators Jaspers and Brown

         HB 1148     revise certain provisions relating to special education funding.
             Representatives O'Brien and Smidt and Senators Brown and Diedrich (Larry)

         HB 1125     revise the calculation of state aid to education.
             Representatives Peterson (Bill) and Olson (Mel) and Senators Olson (Ed), Knudson, and Schoenbeck

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
