SB 10* revise certain provisions concerning the publication of facsimile ballot.
SB 59* transfer from the county register of deeds to the county treasurer certain
administrative duties regarding titles for vehicles and boats.
HB 1033* revise certain registration requirements regarding convicted sex offenders.
HB 1043 revise the nonrenewal and preexisting requirements for individual health benefit
plans.
HB 1044 change registration for dental radiographers from tri-annual to annual.

SB 20 (Removed from Consent Calendar) authorize the Department of Social Services to
enter into alternative arrangements for the payment of child support obligations.
SB 35* (Deferred from 10th LD) require retailers to electronically file sales and contractors'
excise tax returns and to electronically pay the tax.
SB 37* (Deferred from 9th LD) require the issuance of a unique identifier to certain motor
vehicle owners.
SB 57* provide for the temporary replacement of certain elected officials called for active
