SB 35* (Deferred from 9th LD) require retailers to electronically file sales and contractors'
excise tax returns and to electronically pay the tax.
SB 66 establish a homeless veterans initiative program within the Department of Military

SB 68 exempt certain utility trunkline contracts from competitive bid requirements.
