         SB 33     revise certain provisions relating to telemarketing.
             The Committee on Commerce at the request of the Attorney General

         SB 41     provide for the creation of a no solicitation calls list for persons wishing not to receive unsolicited telephone calls, to create a telephone solicitation account, and to establish certain fees and civil penalties.
             The Committee on Commerce at the request of the Public Utilities Commission

         SB 58     establish the value added tourism subfund and to provide for its funding and disbursement.
             Senators Vitter, Albers, Duniphan, Ham, Kleven, and McCracken and Representatives Madsen, Lintz, McCoy, McLaughlin, and Pederson (Gordon)

         SB 76     bring the state into compliance with the Streamline Sales Tax Agreement.
             The Committee on State Affairs at the request of the Governor

         SB 73     require that constitutional amendments, initiated measures, and referred laws shall be designated in a certain manner.

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
