         HB 1063     prohibit certain bidders from bid shopping.
             Representatives Olson (Mel) and Sebert and Senator Olson (Ed)

         HB 1085     require that financial institutions obtain consent before sharing a consumer's personally identifiable information with nonaffiliated third parties.
             Representatives Glenski, Burg, Cutler, Engels, Hanson, Hennies, Lange, Peterson (Jim), and Van Etten and Senators Duenwald, Albers, Dennert, Ham, Kooistra, and Reedy

         HB 1090     provide that certain vehicle leases are not sales or security interests.
             Representatives Pederson (Gordon), Fryslie, and Lintz and Senator Vitter

         SB 43     conform medicare supplement plans to general delivery receipt requirements.
             The Committee on Commerce at the request of the Department of Commerce and Regulation

         SB 44     revise certain investigative and enforcement procedures regarding fraternal benefit societies.

         SB 45     repeal certain surplus lines broker licensing requirements.

         SB 46     repeal certain provisions providing for the registration of audiology aides.

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
