    Organize Committee

         SB 4     define operating agreements for the purposes of regulating and licensing alcoholic beverages.
             Senators Bogue, Abdallah, Albers, Apa, Kelly, Kooistra, and Vitter and Representatives Sebert, Hargens, Hunhoff, and Sigdestad at the request of the Interim Alcoholic Beverage Licensing and Regulation Committee

         SB 17     update certain citations to federal law regarding pipeline safety inspection.
             The Committee on State Affairs at the request of the Public Utilities Commission

         SB 30     clarify certain prohibitions against direct or indirect benefit by members of the Investment Council.
             The Committee on Legislative Procedure at the request of the Investment Council

         SB 31     clarify the immunity from personal liability of certain persons discharging their responsibilities under the higher education savings plan and to provide for holding them harmless under such circumstances.
             The Committee on Legislative Procedure at the request of the Investment Council

         SB 32     exempt the higher education savings program accounts from certain claims of creditors.
             The Committee on Legislative Procedure at the request of the Investment Council

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
