telecommunications services and to implement the federal uniform and simplified
sourcing rules for mobile telecommunications services.

prairie dog management plans or activities with legislative approval.
HCR 1018 (HJ 494, amended HJ 662) Expressing the sense of the South Dakota State
Legislature about management of the Black Hills National Forest.
