         SB 57     allow school boards to initiate an election to change the size of the school board.
             Senators Sutton (Dan), Albers, Hutmacher, Koetzle, McCracken, McIntyre, Moore, Munson, and Olson (Ed) and Representatives Slaughter, Broderick, Brown (Richard), Flowers, Lange, Michels, and Olson (Mel)

         SB 87     revise certain provisions pertaining to open enrollment.
             Senators Sutton (Dan), Ham, Koetzle, McIntyre, and Symens and Representatives Kooistra, Bartling, Elliott, Garnos, Hennies (Thomas), and Holbeck

         SB 5     establish a program for teacher mentors.
             Senators Moore, Ham, McIntyre, and Sutton (Dan) and Representatives Broderick, Bradford, Gillespie, Holbeck, McCoy, Solum, Teupel, and Wick at the request of the Interim Teacher Credentialing and Compensation Committee

         SB 165     require school systems to allow military recruiters access to students and school facilities.

         SB 94*     permit the posting or display of the United States flag, giving the pledge of allegiance, and singing the national anthem.
