         HB 1001*    (placed by motion, amended SJ 513) ratify the Uniform Sales and Use Tax Administration Act and to implement the uniform and simplified features proposed by the Streamlined Sales Tax Project.
         HB 1002*    (deferred from 27th LD) impose a gross receipts tax on certain visitor-related businesses.
         HB 1003*    (deferred from 27th LD) authorize a municipal gross receipts tax on certain lodging, alcoholic beverages, prepared food, and admissions.
         HB 1034*    (deferred from 25th LD) reduce the legal blood alcohol limits for motor vehicle drivers and boat operators.
         HB 1136*    (removed from Consent Calendar) clarify the approval authority for local accounts of the state treasurer and state auditor.

         HB 1273*    revise the requirements for obtaining plates and certificates to park in any space reserved for the disabled.
         HB 1303*    revise the Governor's emergency powers in the event of a terrorist or bioterrorist attack.
         HB 1304*    revise the emergency powers of the Department of Health.
         HB 1305*    define terrorism, to create the crime of terrorism, and to provide a penalty therefor.
         HJR 1010*    proposing and submitting to the electors at the next general election an amendment to Article IV, section 4, of the Constitution of the State of South Dakota, extending the time allowed for the Governor's review of legislation passed by the Legislature.
