         HB 1133*     revise certain provisions regarding the use of a temporary thirty-day license permit for certain motor vehicles.
              revise certain requirements for displaying motor vehicles at events.
         HB 1134*    revise the time at which bond is required of a surplus line broker.
         HB 1136*    clarify the approval authority for local accounts of the state treasurer and state auditor.
         HB 1151*    require the secretary of state to conduct a pilot program granting certain secured parties the ability to file and provide a procedure to record a financing statement for security interest on agricultural lien and to provide rule-making authority to implement the pilot program.
         HB 1153*    provide procedural requirements for ineligibility orders issued by the division of insurance and to repeal a surplus line insurer's responsibility to remit surplus lines tax not remitted by an unlicenced surplus lines broker.

         HB 1255    (removed from Consent Calendar) provide that the provisions limiting the number of retail alcohol licenses that may be issued to one person do not apply to certain additional convention facility on-sale licenses.
         HB 1299*    (removed from Consent Calendar) change the definition and venue of perjury prosecutions and to provide for the verification of certain information on certain state applications or other documents.
         HB 1002*    (deferred from 26th LD) impose a gross receipts tax on certain visitor-related businesses.
         HB 1003*    (deferred from 26th LD) authorize a municipal gross receipts tax on certain lodging, alcoholic beverages, prepared food, and admissions.
         HB 1024*    (deferred from 26th LD) revise the penalties for overweight vehicle violations.
         HB 1135    (deferred from 26th LD) provide for the reclassification of certain real property.
         HB 1220*     allow certain third parties to intervene in a custody dispute of a child.

         HB 1301    authorize the railroad authority to acquire certain facilities owned by other railroads and to declare an emergency.
         HJR 1007    Proposing and submitting to the electors at the next general election an amendment to Article III, section 5, of the Constitution of the State of South Dakota to clarify the responsibility of the Legislature to provide for its own apportionment.
