NOTE: the committee will reconvene to hear the following bills that remain on the agenda:
                                        
         HB 1050     revise the definition of a grain dealer.
             The Committee on State Affairs at the request of the Public Utilities Commission

         HB 1300*     clarify the state's sovereign immunity in the courts of other jurisdictions.
             The Committee on Judiciary at the request of the Governor

         HB 1136*     clarify the approval authority for local accounts of the state treasurer and state auditor.

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
