         HB 1109*     exempt local governments from certain competitive bid requirements.
             Representatives Van Etten, Adelstein, Brown (Richard), Duniphan, Glenski, Hansen (Tom), Hennies (Thomas), McCaulley, McCoy, Murschel, Peterson (Bill), and Pummel and Senators Vitter, Brosz, Daugaard, Ham, Kleven, McCracken, and Whiting

         HB 1130*     revise the provisions related to the sale of surplus governmental property.
             Representatives Murschel, Adelstein, Derby, Hennies (Thomas), Hunhoff, and Van Etten and Senators McCracken, Ham, Reedy, Vitter, and Whiting

         HB 1165*     permit more time to file local referendums.
             Representatives Napoli, Juhnke, and Madsen and Senators Apa, Greenfield, Kleven, and Madden

         HB 1171     adjust the salary schedule for the office of state's attorney.
             Representatives Bartling, Broderick, Brown (Richard), Duniphan, Flowers, Fryslie, Konold, Monroe, Olson (Mel), and Pederson (Gordon) and Senators Hutmacher, Albers, Diedtrich (Elmer), Everist, Koetzle, McIntyre, Moore, Olson (Ed), Putnam, Reedy, Symens, and Vitter

         HB 1255     provide that the provisions limiting the number of retail alcohol licenses that may be issued to one person do not apply to certain additional convention facility on-sale licenses.
