         HB 1075*     provide for a bank's investment limitations.

         HB 1153*     provide procedural requirements for ineligibility orders issued by the division of insurance and to repeal a surplus line insurer's responsibility to remit surplus lines tax not remitted by an unlicenced surplus lines broker.

         HB 1181*     prohibit directed suretyship.

         HB 1190     revise certain insurance provisions regarding the surety bonds that are exempt from the requirements of countersignature by resident agents.

         HB 1226     eliminate certain waiting periods and notice requirements associated with certificates of release for mortgages.

         HB 1240*     revise certain provisions relating to the Statewide One-Call Notification Board, to create enforcement authority for the board, and to provide for certain penalties and fines.

         HB 1256     revise certain provisions regarding title insurance reserves.
