Higher Education.
DESCRIPTION: To decrease ALL TRAVEL budgets due to reduced fuel prices and travel
restrictions. Reductions are prorated based on GFO split. The cuts are applied, in most
instances, to one budget line in each agency with the knowledge that each agency head has the
authority to make transfers within their agency to best accommodate this reduction.
