         HB 1265     allow for the issuance of metal plates with a special designation to auction agencies.

         HB 1282     place a moratorium on certain new outdoor advertising permits, to create a task force to review the state laws regulating outdoor advertising along state highways, and to declare an emergency.

         HB 1291     revise the requirements for obtaining a specialty license plate organizational decal.
             Representatives Brown (Richard), Bradford, Elliott, and Hennies (Don) and Senators Diedtrich (Elmer) and Brown (Arnold)

HB 1121 *    revise the period during which vehicles' front and rear lamps shall be used. requirements for the location of side exhaust on certain motor vehicles.
