         HB 1133     revise certain provisions regarding the use of a temporary thirty-day license permit for certain motor vehicles.
             Representatives Flowers, Abdallah, Broderick, Brown (Richard), and Pummel and Senators Duxbury, Albers, Diedrich (Larry), Diedtrich (Elmer), Hagen, Olson (Ed), Staggers, and Vitter

         HB 1152     revise the taxation and registration requirements of certain all-terrain vehicles and off-road motorcycles.
             Representatives Broderick, Elliott, Madsen, and Pederson (Gordon) and Senators Moore, Diedtrich (Elmer), and Hutmacher

         HB 1276     revise certain provisions related to enforcement actions for weight violations by certain buses.
             Representative Kloucek and Senator Volesky

         HB 1301     authorize the railroad authority to acquire certain facilities owned by other railroads and to declare an emergency.
             The Committee on Transportation at the request of the Governor

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
