         HB 1023    provide motor carrier inspectors enforcement authority for certain violations regarding the licensing of commercial drivers.
         HB 1045    revise certain voucher approval authority for the state fire suppression special revenue fund.

         SB 73*    prohibit the sale of prepaid adult entertainment cards and to provide a penalty therefor.
         SB 89    allow a school district to impose an excess levy for its pension fund.
         SB 118*    prohibit smoking in public places.
         SB 129*    revise the provisions related to the sale of surplus property.
         SB 132    revise the provisions for moving a structure under or across a utility line and to provide a penalty therefor.
         SB 152*    allow the offer of an individual health benefit plan without certain mandates.
         SB 167*    revise the contractor's excise tax provisions for a commercial power production facility.

         HB 1025    update certain provisions pertaining to motor carrier safety and transportation of hazardous materials.
         HB 1026    disqualify a person from operating a commercial motor vehicle for certain traffic convictions regarding railroad crossings and to provide certain penalties.
         HB 1037*    authorize the Department of Revenue to deny a motor vehicle registration or title to certain commercial motor carriers and to provide for the suspension or revocation of certain commercial motor carrier registration, license plates, or permits.
         HB 1038    authorize certain law enforcement vehicles to exceed speed limits without the use of an audible siren, air horn, or flashing emergency lights under certain conditions.
         HB 1046    provide authority to suspend or revoke a milk sampler and grader's license.
         HB 1047    authorize a system for the collection, accounting, and reimbursement of normal and extraordinary structural fire protection efforts resulting from wildfire.
