     On page 2 , line 16, before " dealer " insert "licensed".

     On page 2 , between lines 21 and 22, insert:

"      Section 3. For the purposes of sections 1 and 2 of this Act, if the owner, lender, licensed dealer, or transporter are the same party the court may not access multiple civil penalties for any one violation.".


     On page 3 , line 2, delete " 1 " and insert "2".

     On page 3 , line 7, delete " 1 " and insert "2".

     On page 4 , line 24, before " dealer's " insert " licensed ".

     On page 5 , line 3, delete " are paid " and insert " were paid when the licensed dealer acquired the home ".
