SB 91 (deferred from 12th LD) provide for DNA testing for certain inmates.
SB 121 revise certain provisions regarding the family exclusion for auto insurance
coverage.
SB 144 provide certain financial and employment protections to members of the South
Dakota National Guard.
SB 170 repeal a provision that requires foster parents to care for a child for not less than
two years before the foster parent is a primary consideration for adoption of the
child.
