         HB 1230     require that certain state vehicles be equipped as flexible fuel vehicles.
             Representatives Peterson (Jim), Begalka, Bradford, Burg, Gillespie, Hanson (Gary), Hargens, Hundstad, Nachtigal, Sigdestad, and Van Gerpen and Senators Symens, Dennert, Diedrich (Larry), Duxbury, Reedy, and Vitter

         HB 1231     require the use of ethanol fuel in certain state vehicles.

         HB 1273     revise the requirements for obtaining plates and certificates to park in any space reserved for the disabled.
             Representative Duniphan and Senator Ham

         HB 1276     revise certain provisions related to enforcement actions for weight violations by certain buses.
             Representative Kloucek and Senator Volesky

         HB 1292     require certain statistics regarding traffic law enforcement to be collected and maintained.
             Representatives Van Norman, Adelstein, Bradford, Burg, Davis, Flowers, Glenski, Hanson (Gary), Hargens, Hundstad, Jensen, Klaudt, Lange, McCoy, Murschel, Nachtigal, Olson (Mel), Peterson (Jim), Sigdestad, and Valandra and Senators Volesky, de Hueck, Hagen, Koetzle, Koskan, McIntyre, Moore, Putnam, Staggers, and Symens

         HB 1301     authorize the railroad authority to acquire certain facilities owned by other railroads and to declare an emergency.

If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair.
