CONSIDERATION OF EXECUTIVE VETOES

SB 132     (Style and Form Veto Letter SJ 730) exempt certain school districts from the requirement to reorganize due to low enrollment.
     allow resident students that attend school out of state to be counted in the resident school district's average daily membership for the purpose of distributing school and public lands funds.

HB 1091     (HJ 38th LD) make an appropriation to initiate a master of social work degree program in higher education.
SB 80     (HJ 38th LD) revise the property tax levies for the general fund of a school district.
