         HB 1172     modify the duration period and signing requirements for vehicle weight restrictions.
             Representatives Jensen, Bartling, Broderick, Pederson (Gordon), and Pitts and Senators Vitter, Brown (Arnold), de Hueck, and Hagen

         HB 1194     require driver education students to take driver license test.
             Representatives Davis, Burg, Duniphan, Elliott, Hanson (Gary), Hennies (Don), Hennies (Thomas), Hundstad, Peterson (Jim), and Sigdestad and Senators McIntyre, Albers, Brown (Arnold), Duxbury, Hagen, Ham, Koetzle, Reedy, and Staggers

         HB 1204     repeal the prohibition on certain objects dangling between a motor vehicle driver and the vehicle's windshield.
             Representatives Van Norman and Bradford and Senators Hagen and de Hueck

         HB 1210     consider the value of certain insurance checks when calculating the purchase price of a motor vehicle.
             Representatives Smidt, Broderick, Konold, Napoli, Pitts, and Sebert and Senators Diedrich (Larry) and Brown (Arnold)

         HB 1212     provide for the recovery of certain expenses in an action brought by any person whose land, property, or material is being purchased by the Department of Transportation.
             Representatives Garnos, Klaudt, Lintz, McCoy, Pederson (Gordon), and Rhoden and Senator Vitter

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
