CONSIDERATION OF REPORTS OF CONFERENCE COMMITTEES

HB 1091     (SJ 38th LD) make an appropriation to initiate a master of social work degree program in higher education.

SB 42      impose the sales tax on the gross receipts derived from renting mini-storage units, self-storage units, or storage space and the use tax on the use of mini-storage units, self-storage units, or storage space.
     provide an application deadline for sales and use tax refunds regarding certain storage facilities.
