         HB 1004     provide for a refund of tuition for certain teachers.
             Representatives Wick, Bradford, Broderick, Gillespie, Holbeck, McCoy, and Teupel and Senators Moore, Ham, McIntyre, and Sutton (Dan) at the request of the Interim Teacher Credentialing and Compensation Committee

         HB 1177     provide for additional exclusions from the excess fund balance penalty in the state aid to education formula.
             Representatives Koistinen, Clark, Duenwald, Frost, Fryslie, Garnos, Hanson (Gary), Hargens, Hennies (Thomas), Holbeck, Juhnke, Klaudt, Kooistra, Olson (Mel), Pederson (Gordon), Peterson (Jim), Pitts, Sigdestad, Sutton (Duane), and Van Gerpen and Senators Greenfield, Diedtrich (Elmer), Drake, Duxbury, Koskan, Staggers, and Sutton (Dan)

         HB 1232     provide for certain grants to school districts and to make an appropriation therefor.

         HB 1155     revise the distribution of state aid to education.
             Representatives Kooistra, Flowers, Frost, Hanson (Gary), and Van Gerpen and Senators Dennert, Duxbury, and Symens

         HB 1144     repeal certain provisions relating to the calculation of state aid to education.
             Representatives Kloucek and Sigdestad and Senator Moore

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
