SB 63* (intent to reconsider vote by which lost) repeal the restrictions placed on persons who
have possessed, used, or distributed controlled substances or marijuana from
participation in certain extracurricular activities or financial aid assistance.

inspection.

SB 23 (deferred from 11th LD) revise the rule-making authority for group health plans.

SB 51 increase certain license and renewal fees assessed to chiropractors.
SB 58*
establish a nursing workforce center under the direction of the Board of Nursing and
to provide funding through a fee assessed upon nursing license renewal.
Allow a fee to be assessed upon nursing license renewal for a nursing workforce
center.
SB 61 allow for binding arbitration for school districts and employees under certain
circumstances.
SB 80* revise certain provisions related to the examination required for physician licensure.
SB 86* require the use of an ignition interlock device in a motor vehicle used by any person
guilty of a second or subsequent violation of driving under the influence.
SB 101* provide for the release of the booking photographs of prisoners under certain
conditions.
SB 104 exempt certain motor vehicles used to transport inventory replacement vehicles to a
dealer's principal place of business from the requirement to be licensed as a
commercial motor vehicle.
SB 122 revise certain provisions to the dredges transferred from the state to the South Dakota
Lakes and Streams Association.
SB 139 revise the number of allowable hunting days for certain nonresident waterfowl
licenses.
SB 148 revise and extend certain provisions relating to the licensure of drivers who have
experienced epileptic, narcoleptic, or other convulsions, seizures, or blackouts.
