         HB 1174     require retailers to provide rebates at the time of purchase under certain circumstances.
             Representatives Bradford, Burg, Elliott, Flowers, Hanson (Gary), Hargens, Kloucek, McCoy, Nachtigal, Peterson (Jim), Pitts, Sigdestad, Valandra, Van Gerpen, and Van Norman and Senators Hagen, Koetzle, and Volesky

         HB 1190     revise certain insurance provisions regarding the surety bonds that are exempt from the requirements of countersignature by resident agents.
             Representatives Solum, Brown (Jarvis), Madsen, and Olson (Mel) and Senators Munson and Volesky

         HB 1099     require legal newspapers to print obituaries without charge.
             Representatives Wick, Begalka, Hansen (Tom), and Klaudt and Senators Diedtrich (Elmer), Brown (Arnold), and Greenfield

         HB 1226     eliminate certain waiting periods and notice requirements associated with certificates of release for mortgages.

         HB 1239     provide a period for the sale and use of fireworks around New Year's Day.

         HB 1250     provide for notice by financial institutions of certain trust account overdrafts.
