         HB 1085     establish a master teacher incentive fund to reward certain teachers and to create an appropriation therefor.
             Representatives McCaulley, Garnos, and Wick

         HB 1004     provide for a refund of tuition for certain teachers.
             Representatives Wick, Bradford, Broderick, Gillespie, Holbeck, McCoy, and Teupel and Senators Moore, Ham, McIntyre, and Sutton (Dan) at the request of the Interim Teacher Credentialing and Compensation Committee

         HB 1275     repeal certain restrictions on school district transfers.
             Representative Kloucek

         HB 1143     allow certain school district transfers.
             Representatives Kloucek, Bartling, Begalka, Bradford, Burg, Davis, Elliott, Gillespie, Hargens, Kooistra, Lange, Nachtigal, Nesselhuf, and Sigdestad and Senators Moore, Hagen, and Koetzle

         HB 1187     allow certain school district transfers.
             Representatives Teupel, Adelstein, Derby, Frost, Hennies (Thomas), Holbeck, Jaspers, Kooistra, Madsen, McCaulley, Pummel, Rhoden, and Slaughter and Senators Olson (Ed), Apa, Brosz, Koskan, McCracken, Reedy, Symens, and Vitter

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
