         HB 1125     adjust the salary schedule for county sheriffs.
             Representatives Bartling, Brown (Richard), Duniphan, Flowers, Fryslie, Hennies (Thomas), Konold, Madsen, McCoy, Michels, Nesselhuf, Olson (Mel), Pederson (Gordon), Peterson (Bill), Pummel, and Smidt and Senators Hutmacher, Albers, Diedtrich (Elmer), Everist, McIntyre, Moore, Olson (Ed), Putnam, Reedy, Symens, and Vitter

         HB 1171     adjust the salary schedule for the office of state's attorney.
             Representatives Bartling, Broderick, Brown (Richard), Duniphan, Flowers, Fryslie, Konold, Monroe, Olson (Mel), and Pederson (Gordon) and Senators Hutmacher, Albers, Diedtrich (Elmer), Everist, Koetzle, McIntyre, Moore, Olson (Ed), Putnam, Reedy, Symens, and Vitter

         HB 1179     permit a county to file a lien against the property of the parents for payment of temporary care, temporary custody, shelter, or detention provided to a child.
             Representatives Monroe, Bartling, Madsen, and Napoli and Senators Koskan and Whiting

         HB 1238     require a pre-election campaign financing statement of candidates for legislative office.
             Representatives Nesselhuf, Begalka, Brown (Richard), Hargens, and Kooistra and Senators Hutmacher, Apa, Greenfield, Putnam, Reedy, and Whiting

         HB 1240     revise certain provisions relating to the Statewide One-Call Notification Board, to create enforcement authority for the board, and to provide for certain penalties and fines.
             Representatives Frost, Broderick, Lintz, Pederson (Gordon), Sebert, and Wick and Senators McCracken, McIntyre, Moore, Munson, Sutton (Dan), Vitter, and Volesky

         HB 1234     clarify that certain political contributions to ballot question committees from association dues and funds are permitted.
             Representatives Heineman, Davis, and Derby and Senators Everist and McCracken

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
