HB 1241 *    (Consideration of Senate amendment SJ 584; Deferred from 37th LD) provide for the delivery of special education or special education and related services to a child during the child's transition from one state school district to another.
    Clarify that certain special education placements are not suspensions or expulsions
HCR 1020     (HJ 779) Opposing federal control of state water rights through unnecessary expansion of the federal Clean Water Act.
SCR 10     (SJ 681) Supporting legislative efforts in other states addressing the need to provide for equine slaughter and processing in the United States.
SCR 11     (SJ 699) Urging the Environmental Protection Agency to authorize the use of higher blends of ethanol in non-flex fuel vehicles.
