         SB 93     establish certain requirements for genetic testing.
             Senators Madden, de Hueck, Everist, Greenfield, Ham, Hutmacher, Koskan, McIntyre, Olson (Ed), Staggers, Sutton (Dan), and Whiting and Representatives Peterson (Bill), Adelstein, Begalka, Broderick, Clark, Duenwald, Frost, Heineman, Klaudt, Napoli, Olson (Mel), Pitts, Valandra, and Van Etten

         SB 117     provide that donations of body parts evidenced by driver's licenses and nondriver identification cards not be used for research and education.
             Senators Staggers, Diedtrich (Elmer), and Moore and Representatives Hennies (Don), Glenski, Peterson (Jim), and Van Gerpen

         SB 118     prohibit smoking in public places.
             Senators McCracken, Diedtrich (Elmer), Ham, and McIntyre and Representatives Peterson (Bill), Frost, Glenski, and Van Etten

         SB 137     allow local units of government to regulate tobacco products.
             Senators Daugaard, Brown (Arnold), Diedtrich (Elmer), Duxbury, McIntyre, Reedy, and Whiting and Representatives Hunhoff, Brown (Richard), Glenski, Holbeck, Peterson (Bill), Pitts, Smidt, and Sutton (Duane)

         SB 143     exempt ephedrine from the controlled drugs and substances schedule under certain circumstances.

Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
