         HB 1072     authorize certain students in alternative instruction to participate in public school cocurricular activities.
             Representatives McCaulley, Begalka, Eccarius, Glenski, Lange, McCoy, Rhoden, and Wick and Senator Staggers

         HB 1207     provide for the recalculation of the per student allocation in the state aid to education formula.
             Representatives Clark, Begalka, Broderick, Brown (Jarvis), Brown (Richard), Derby, Flowers, Frost, Fryslie, Hennies (Don), Hennies (Thomas), Holbeck, Jensen, Klaudt, Kooistra, Madsen, Murschel, Smidt, Sutton (Duane), and Van Etten and Senators Greenfield, Apa, and Olson (Ed)

         HB 1183     increase the fund balance percentage in order to qualify for certain special education funding.
             Representatives Pitts, Holbeck, Kooistra, and Smidt and Senators Olson (Ed), Brown (Arnold), and Diedrich (Larry)

         HB 1166     provide for a master teacher program and to make an appropriation therefor.
             Representatives Holbeck, Garnos, and Van Etten and Senators Reedy, Albers, Daugaard, Munson, and Sutton (Dan)

         HB 1085     establish a master teacher incentive fund to reward certain teachers and to create an appropriation therefor.
             Representatives McCaulley, Garnos, and Wick

         HB 1004     provide for a refund of tuition for certain teachers.
             Representatives Wick, Bradford, Broderick, Gillespie, Holbeck, McCoy, and Teupel and Senators Moore, Ham, McIntyre, and Sutton (Dan) at the request of the Interim Teacher Credentialing and Compensation Committee

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
