         HB 1034     reduce the legal blood alcohol limits for motor vehicle drivers.
             The Committee on Transportation at the request of the Department of Transportation

         HB 1060     require certain disclosures if selling certain implements, machinery, equipment, or vehicles with hour meters.
             Representatives Kooistra, Holbeck, and Klaudt and Senator Daugaard

         HB 1061     prohibit the use of mobile telephones in moving vehicles under certain circumstances.
             Representatives Solum, Bradford, Kooistra, and Slaughter and Senator McIntyre

         HB 1067     establish a fee for the assignment of a vehicle identification number.
             Representative Napoli and Senator Bogue

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
