God, full of wonder and the source of everything wise and good, we ask Your blessing on
this joint session of the 2002 Legislature. We are not shy or ashamed to ask for Your help.
Guard Your servants here against every distraction and structure of resistance. Guard our
nation from tyranny and terror. Indeed, help us keep the torch of liberty burning bright.
Bless Governor Janklow, all Legislators, all civil servants, all citizens of our great state.
