MOTIONS AND RESOLUTIONS

SB 4 *    (HJ 650, 651, 652) revise certain tax levy limitations and property tax levies for school districts.
     Provide for additional responsibilities to the Agricultural Land Assessment Implementation and Oversight Advisory Task Force.
SB 36 *    (HJ 618) revise certain drug registration fees and license fees related to health care facilities.
SB 37 *    (HJ 619, 719) establish certain immunity for volunteers of the statewide emergency registry of volunteers for South Dakota program.
SB 106 *    (HJ 575, 725, 726) revise the index factor in the state aid to general education formula, to set a maximum per student allocation for school districts with an excess general fund balance, and to require the Legislature to estimate general fund revenues for the current fiscal year and the next fiscal year.
     Enhance education in South Dakota.
     Revise certain provisions regarding the distribution of funds to sparse school districts, and to appropriate funds to distribute to sparse school districts.
SB 165 *    (HJ 615) provide for the authorization of certain private, nonprofit benevolent organizations to assist in funding certain school curricula, activities, and programs.
SB 184 *    (HJ 648) require the terms of certain easements or options to accommodate other easements for wind or essential services.
SCR 11     (SJ 36th LD) Urging the Environmental Protection Agency to authorize the use of higher blends of ethanol in non-flex fuel vehicles.



CONSIDERATION OF REPORTS OF CONFERENCE COMMITTEES

HB 1239     (SJ 36th LD) create the South Dakota Boxing Commission and to provide for the supervision of boxing, kickboxing, and mixed martial arts competitions and sparring exhibitions in the state.

SB 115     revise certain provisions related to the initiation of modifications to county comprehensive plans.

HC 1025     (HJ 731) Honoring Savannah Johnson of Spearfish as a recipient of a 2009 Prudential Spirit of Community Award.
HC 1026     (HJ 731) Commending the Sturgis Brown High School Scoopers Wrestling Team on winning the 2009 South Dakota Class A Wrestling Championship.
