         SB 52: increase an appropriation from the children's trust fund and to repeal a statute that terminates an additional charge for birth records that is deposited in the fund.

The Chair deferred SB 52 until February 27, 2001.

         SB 14: provide for grants of tuition and fees to certain students and to make an appropriation therefor.
