requirements.
HB 1075* (SJ 32nd LD) modify certain procedures for grand jury returns.

SB 26* (concur in House amendments, HJ 590) eliminate the South Dakota Farm Loan
Mediation Board and transfer program authority to the secretary of agriculture, to
provide civil liability immunity for certain agricultural finance counselors, and to
authorize the department to contract with businesses for mediation services.
SB 39* (concur in House amendments, HJ 588) establish standards for disability income
insurance.
SB 82* (concur in House amendments, HJ 612) permit local government officials and
employees to use credit cards and to permit the state and its political subdivisions to
accept credit and debit card payments.
SB 98* (concur in House amendments, HJ 590) establish certain penalties for failure to
control weeds and pests.

registered and to provide for standards for the continued registration of third party
administrators.

HB 1139 revise the property tax levies for the general fund of a school district.

exempt the gross receipts from veterinarian services, animal specialty services,
livestock semen, certain transportation services, certain auctions, and newspaper
subscriptions from sales and use tax.

HB 1187 revise the time period for adjusting property tax levies for the purpose of
maintaining the state's percentage of aid to general and special education.
