         HB 1003*     prohibit the use of genetic tests in the offer, sale, or renewal of certain types of insurance.
             Representatives Monroe, McCoy, and Slaughter and Senators Ham and Madden at the request of the Interim Judiciary Committee

         HB 1031     require workers' compensation third party administrators to become licensed and registered and to provide for standards for the continued registration of third party administrators.
             The Committee on Commerce at the request of the Department of Labor

         HB 1037     revise the rule-making authority for credit insurance.
             The Committee on Commerce at the request of the Department of Commerce and Regulation

         HB 1140     require farm mutual insurers to comply with insurance fraud provisions.

         HB 1208*     extend the date for filing claims with the subsequent injury fund.

         HB 1247     revise the requirements for volunteer firefighters to become eligible for workers' compensation.

         HB 1253*     revise certain provisions regarding dealer franchises and to include outdoor power equipment.

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
