SB 90 *    (Consideration of House Amendment, HJ 615) increase the number of varieties of malt beverages, wine, distilled spirits, liqueur, and cordials that an off-sale alcoholic beverage licensee may offer for sampling in one day.
SB 159 *    (Consideration of House Amendments, HJ 616, 617) permit counties to deposit funds in any state or national bank located within the state.

SC 24     (SJ 35th LD) Celebrating the life of Gerhard Storm of Mitchell, South Dakota, on the occasion of his 90th birthday.
SC 25     (SJ 35th LD) expressing the Legislature's respect and appreciation for the sixteen years of devoted service by Gil Koetzle, the first and only legislator in the history of South Dakota to be term limited out of the House of Represenatives and the Senate.
HC 1022     (HJ 690) Honoring Milo Smith of Pierre for his service to the South Dakota Legislature.
HC 1023     (HJ 691) Commending the Platte-Geddes High School Black Panthers Boys' Basketball Team for winning the 2008 State A Boys' Basketball Championship.
HC 1024     (HJ 692) Recognizing and congratulating Jeremiah Peterson of Canton for being named the Outstanding Wrestler at the 2009 State Class A Wrestling Tournament.
