         HB 1274*     revise certain provisions regarding the operation of child welfare agencies and registered and unregistered family day care homes.

         HB 1275     revise the definition of custodian as it relates to child abuse or neglect.
             Representatives Broderick, Garnos, and Jaspers and Senator Sutton (Dan)

         HB 1202     provide for the recovery of reasonable attorney's fees and costs in actions for deceit.

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
