         SB 22*     allow for the additional public distribution of sex offender information.
             The Committee on Judiciary at the request of the Attorney General

         SB 144*     require any person who tampers or interferes with certain highway markers, signs, or control devices to be liable for damages.
             Senators Vitter and Putnam and Representatives Broderick, Bartling, Pederson (Gordon), Slaughter, and Van Gerpen

         SB 203*     clarify the responsibilities of foster parents in regard to foster children.
             Senators Bogue and Koskan and Representatives Smidt, Madsen, Michels, and Teupel

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
