        Jim Ellenbecker, Secretary of Social Services, in regard to a prescription program
        that facilitates the provision of certain drugs by pharmaceutical companies to
        persons in need and other available services.


         HB 1107: create the South Dakota senior citizen pharmaceutical assistance program and to provide an appropriation therefor.
