         HB 1295     allow certain interstate shipments of wine.
             Representatives Derby and Brown (Richard) and Senator Hutmacher

         HB 1163     exempt the gross receipts from veterinarian services, animal specialty services, livestock semen, certain transportation services, certain auctions, and newspaper subscriptions from sales and use tax.

         HB 1164     revise certain entrance fees for state parks and recreation areas.

BILLS FOR POSSIBLE ACTION WHICH HAVE HAD PRIOR HEARING.

         HB 1153     increase the tax on cigarettes and other tobacco products and to dedicate the increased revenue to a trust fund.

         HB 1187     revise the time period for adjusting property tax levies for the purpose of maintaining the state's percentage of aid to general and special education.
