         HB 1265     revise certain provisions regarding the payment of restitution by a defendant.
             Representatives Michels, Hennies (Thomas), Madsen, and McCaulley and Senators Diedrich (Larry), Bogue, Daugaard, Moore, and Putnam

         HB 1177*     revise when certain assessments have to be paid before an assessment may be appealed.
             Representatives Slaughter, Bartling, Flowers, Hennies (Thomas), Jaspers, Madsen, and Sebert and Senators Diedrich (Larry), McCracken, and Moore

         HB 1198*     provide for a possessory lien on the contents of certain towed vehicles.

         HB 1225*     clarify the courts in which garnishment proceedings may be pursued.

         HB 1157     prohibit the keeping of a place where marijuana is used or distributed.

         HB 1145     revise the circumstances under which certain arrests may be effected without a warrant.

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
