Dear Speaker Eccarius and Members of the House:

I herewith return House Bill 1030 with the following recommendations as to STYLE and FORM.

House Bill 1030 is, An Act to revise the rehabilitation services provided at public cost to disabled and visually impaired persons based on economic need to include post secondary tuition and fees.

Each section of the law was to be changed to add a provision regarding tuition and fees for participating in post secondary training. The same change was to be made to both sections of the bill, following the last subsection of each. However, following section 2, subsection (6) the word "and," was apparently omitted at some point in the drafting process. If the word "and," is added after the word "materials;" at page 2, line 17 of the printed bill, the bill will be acceptable to my office.

I respectfully request you concur with my recommendation as to style and form.

The inspection fee shall be twenty-five fifty dollars per Grade A or twelve dollars and fifty cents twenty-five dollars per Manufacturing Grade dairy farm and be paid semiannually by July first and January first to the secretary.          Section 9. No licensed well pump installer or well driller may perform any electrical, plumbing, or mechanical act regulated by state law unless licensed to do so. All applicable rules and regulations of state law and municipal ordinances shall apply regarding any permit and any installation practice."

"      12-4-9.   The county auditor shall maintain a list of voters in paper or computer format which shall be properly indexed, so made and arranged as to contain a list of all persons registered, alphabetically arranged according to surnames, residing in each voting precinct within the county. The list shall be kept at the office of the county auditor and properly safeguarded. This list shall be known as the "master registration list," and may not be removed from the office except upon an order of a court of competent jurisdiction. The "master registration list" shall be, at all times during office hours, open to public inspection and safeguard a file of voters in computer format that contains each person registered in each voting precinct within the county. This file shall be known as the master registration file and shall be, at all times during office hours, open to public inspection. However, public access to social security numbers and driver license numbers contained in the master registration file shall be restricted. The master registration file shall contain all information from each voter's registration card except the description of the location of the voter's residence. The master registration file shall also include the date of the last election the voter has voted in and when the voter's information was last updated. The master registration file may also contain additional voter history information . ".

         A LEGISLATIVE COMMEMORATION,  Honoring the 2000 Corsica Comets High School football team, coaches, and staff involved in the football program.

     WHEREAS,  the 2000 Corsica Comets High School football team won the Class 9-B State High School Football Championship by defeating Timber Lake 20 to 18, ending with an 11-1 record through outstanding character, dedication, and perseverance; and

     WHEREAS,  head coach Steve Entringer and assistant coach Chad Hedderman and their staff provided excellent leadership and superior wisdom to the members of the team; and

     WHEREAS,  Darin Rus was named the most valuable player and Jordan Reiminitz was named the most valuable back; and

     WHEREAS,  the students of the 2000 Corsica Comets football team showed enormous school pride and great leadership on and off the field:
