         SB 143     revise certain provisions related to the residency of the directors of certain domestic insurers.

         SB 165     provide for incentives for development of certain commercial small power production facilities.

         SB 168     revise the provisions for issuing on-sale liquor licenses to resort facilities.

         SB 173     authorize a rental car company to offer car rental insurance under certain circumstances.
